2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are NOT available in the following situations:

  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase
  • You have used more than 20% of your character limit
  • Renewal payments (only first purchase is eligible)
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Account suspension due to abuse
  • If you simply changed your mind after using the service
  • Yearly plan purchases after 7 days

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your registered email address and payment details
  3. Provide a brief reason for the refund request
  4. We will review your request within 2 business days

4. Refund Processing

Once approved:

  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days
  • Refund Method: Same payment method used for purchase
  • Amount: Full amount paid (no deductions)
  • Confirmation: Email confirmation once refund is processed

Note: Bank processing times may vary. If you don't receive your refund within 10 business days, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us.

5. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused days in the current period

6. Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade to a lower plan or free tier:
