By accessing or using Speeko (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Speeko is a text-to-speech service that converts Hindi text into natural-sounding audio. We offer both free and paid subscription plans with varying features and usage limits.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must not share your account with others
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Create deepfakes or impersonate others without consent
• Generate hate speech or discriminatory content
• Spread misinformation or create fake news
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Circumvent usage limits or abuse the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

5. Content Ownership

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the text you submit and the audio generated from it. For paid plans with commercial use rights, you may use the generated audio for commercial purposes.

5.2 Our Service

Speeko, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our Service.

6. Subscription and Payments

• Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance
• Currency: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely by Razorpay
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
• Refunds: See our Refund Policy

7. Usage Limits

Each plan has specific usage limits (character counts per day/month). If you exceed your limits, you may need to wait for the next billing cycle or upgrade your plan. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that repeatedly abuse usage limits.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses due to Service unavailability.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPEEKO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Speeko and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and data
• No refund will be provided for the current billing period

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
